The procedure for the redistribution of student grants has been approved.
Under the relevant Government Resolution (No. 149, dated 10.03.2025), the procedure for granting and redistributing grants to students in higher education institutions has been established.
In order to ensure the implementation of Order No. 117 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated March 25, 2025, the educational grants allocated at Bukhara State University for the 2024–2025 academic year were distributed on a 50/50 basis. According to the university’s information, a total of 574 educational grants were allocated in the current academic year, of which 50 percent were designated as full educational grants, while the remaining 50 percent were designated as partial educational grants.
Main requirements:
The GPA must be at least 3.5. Students whose GPA is below this threshold may not participate in the grant redistribution process.
Online registration is required. Applicants must submit their documents through the official website of the higher education institution.
Evaluation system:
Academic performance is assessed on an 80-point scale (GPA × 16).
Social activity is calculated on a 20-point scale (calculated result / 5).
Priority of results:
If two or more applicants receive the same result, priority is given to the applicant with the higher academic performance indicator.
If academic performance results are equal, additional tests in specialized subjects will be conducted.
The list of grant recipients is published every year on the official website of the higher education institution by August 25.
